- Photos and 3D scan data: images you upload or scans captured during studio appointments, used strictly for figurine production and review.
- Payment information: billing-related details processed securely by trusted payment providers. Full card numbers are not stored on our servers.

- Schedule and manage in-studio scanning sessions.

Storage and retention
We store sensitive files on secure systems with controlled access, 30 scans and uploaded reference photos are retained for up to 60 days after final order delivery unless you request deletion earlier or opt in to a larger archive service.
This retention window helps us support reprints, issue resolution, and final production adjustments without holding your raw data longer than necessary.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Wa share limited information only with trusted partners that help us complete essential business functions.
- Shipping carriers receive delivery details required to complete tultillment.
- Payment processors receive checkout information needed to authorize transactions.
- Internal production and support teams access only the data required for their role.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to the personal information we hold, ask for corrections, or request deletion of eligible data, including photos and scan assets, before the standard rotention period ends.
