How long does your professional 3D printing service in Singapore take?
The photography session lasts around 15 minutes. Custom 3D figurines are usually ready within 2-3 weeks.
What’s included in the free photoshoot?
The session includes a full 3D capture, a digital preview and a short consultation about poses and sizing.
Do I get to preview before I pay?
Yes. You will see a digital preview and pay only when you are satisfied with the design.
How do I choose a pose?
The team will show suitable options for individuals, couples and families. You can try a few before settling on your favourite.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer 9cm, 12cm, 15cm, 18cm and customisations for any larger sizes. Each size captures the same level of detail.
What if I want changes?
No revision can be done after order confirmation.
Is this suitable for corporate gifts?
Yes. Many companies order our figurines for team milestones or farewell gifts. Custom names and logos can be added with a minimum fee.
Can you make figurines from photos?
Yes. A clear reference photo is enough to create a realistic miniature, even for children, pets or couples.
What materials do you use?
The figurines are printed in premium resin that holds colour vividly and keeps intricate features crisp.
Can I request a chibi-style figurine?
Yes. Both realistic and stylised proportions are available and can be matched to the story you wish to tell.
Can I see your range of customised figurines before ordering?

Do you offer carving or sculptural work?
We do not manufacture carved wood or stone pieces, although our digital sculpting process allows us to carve fine details through 3D modelling.
Do you make statue-like or art-style custom 3D printed pieces?
Yes. Some customers request artistic or statue-inspired pieces that represent a classic, modern or original look. You can also send us your 3D artwork.
How does your production process work?
Each figurine moves through scanning, digital sculpting, colour refinement and final printing, followed by careful hand finishing to maintain top clarity and realism
Do you need professional photography from me?
A simple photograph taken in good lighting conditions is usually enough, although clearer images help us capture detail more accurately.
Can you create pets or animals?
Yes. 3D portrait options are available for pets. We also create pet figurines that stand beside human figures to tell a story in one cohesive collectible piece
Can I do a 3D photoshoot while pregnant?
Yes. Our cameras operate using safe, low-intensity light technology and do not produce any harmful radiation. The procedure is non-invasive and entirely safe for everyone, including pregnant women.
